In renewed collaboration with Chef Uroš Štefelin, we are continuing to develop a series of ceramic pieces tailored to his culinary approach. The focus of this phase is on creating functional yet distinctive trays, plates, and small serving dishes that support both the presentation and practicality required in a fine dining environment.
Each item is handmade, allowing for careful control over shape, proportion, and surface. The designs are developed in close dialogue with the chef, ensuring that the ceramics align with the structure of his dishes and the overall flow of service. Attention is given to balance, usability, and durability, while still maintaining a clear and recognizable visual identity.
The collection is characterized by clean forms, subtle textures, and natural glaze finishes. Rather than dominating the presentation, the pieces are designed to support and frame the food, enhancing its visual clarity and consistency across courses.
